A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT

Welcome to Las Vegas. It is more than just a SIGN or gambling mecca. The Valley is becoming a refined city evident by a collection of diversified people from every state across the USA. Since we have all come together it is only fitting that Desert Newcomers Club is the place to be.

Our Mission is to introduce you to new friends and to learn about opportunities in this wonderful community. Whether you have just moved here or are experiencing life's changes, we offer our friendship.  

Las Vegas and the surrounding areas of Henderson and Boulder City are in the heart of the desert surrounded by mountains.  There are numerous parks, walking paths, hiking trails, several display garden arenas, plentiful libraries, historical museums and acres of golf courses. This is a gambling town and there are plenty of casinos, so you never get bored. There also is a flux of entertainers and shows to see. Lake Mead and Boulder Dam are nearby.  

The Desert Newcomers Club currently has around 300 members and 20 activity groups. Our members enjoy year round friendship and fun.
