Menu: Fruit & cheese platter and Shrimp Ceviche appetizers.  Luncheon choices will be Caribbean chicken or Mahi Mahi.  Both dishes will include rice pilaf and dinner rolls.  Dessert will be cookies and brownies. 

Program: Our speaker will be Jason Feinberg, News Anchor and Reporter on KVVU-Fox5 "Live In Las Vegas" morning show weekdays from 7-9 am.  Jason has worked for E!
